I'm watching the game on FamilyNet and immediately after the opening graphics and before Mike & Ray come one the first shot is of SJ. I kid you not.

Samantha needs to learn to slow down and not shift back & forth while she talks.

Glad to see Mike back in the play-by-play chair.

We begin the opening possession of the game on our own 35 and begin our march with a Rashad run and a Brock pass to midfield.

Brock is hit as he is about to throw is hit forcing a fumble and NGU starts their first possession on their own 26.

Big hit by Chris Rocco on the NGU receiver pops the ball loose into the hands of Tim Torrance!

Time now to put some points on the board.

We begin our 2nd drive on our own 38. Brock starts off by dumping to Rashad. Next carry Rashad appeared to pick up a first down but its called back on a holding call.

3rd down and long has Brock roll out and find Dom at midfield for the first down.

Rashad with the punishing 18-yard carry. The NGU DBs appear to be getting sore already.

Then its Zach slicing 15 yards for the first score of the night & season!

Good to see us up 14-0. I am ging between this and the Nationals game. It's 70's night in DC tonight and on MASN, it's just a bit hard to take Don Sutton seriously when he is dressed like Sonny Bono.

Don already brings the '70s perm to the table.
