I saw video on Facebook earlier today. Sparky did not have to wait in line at concession stand.

It would be amazing if we have a self-ordering system, or order by application.

That picture is beautiful. It is nice to see everything coming together. LUPD/facilities need to get working on installing the signage for traffic patterns with the roads changing.

New Liberty sign over the new pressbox is up. Looks sharp. Stadium is lit by the scoreboard.

It doesn’t look like new speakers have been put up yet, is this a pretty quick thing to do? Would’ve thought they’d have hat done by now?

Don't panic. Everything sounded fine for graduation.

Sounded good at Fan Fest a couple weeks ago. Actually they were too loud.

Those were the original FOC speakers from ages ago, before the video board. It was quiet and boring and the students would leave before kickoff if that's what we used.

And before the old video board, we used to have screen trailers to watch replay.

Even with state of the art video board in past few seasons, our replays left something to be desired on a lot of plays. It was more focused on showing students than replays..


I checked out construction this morning before church, appears to be a lot of work still to finish before Saturday.

The exterior of the stadium won’t be finished this week.

Scaffolding all down on East side with all brick complete - wonder if they attempt to get the glass in this week...

At the security meeting, we were told that there would be a small scaffolding section left up but that will be gone in a couple of weeks or so later. Focus has been on interior, concessions and restrooms for the opener.

A friend of mine works on the sound and that will all be in place for Saturday.

GOOD news about concessions:

Besides the normal concessions fare, including kettle corn, soft drinks, hot dogs, and hamburgers, new vendors have been added for the east side expansion: Dunkin Donuts, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, and House of Flames (featuring chicken wings and fries). There is also a new Flames Football team store at the main entrance.

Now if we would put a Burger King in stadium we would be big time.

Another restaurant included in the next expansion for 2019 would be a blast (no pun intended)!
