maybe PH is more powerful than I thought
I think it's mostly because of 2 things. 1 pieced together turf due to logo change and 2 the drainiage issues. He did say that the drainiage would be redone to fix the issues. He did also say several designs were being looked at.

If they go with Blue and Red End Zones I will think very highly of myself!

Especially when we play this:

I hate it when I look to screen expecting to see a replay, and see students acting goofy. That's OK a couple times a game, maybe even a half. But video screens are for replays in my opinion. The video operator seems more focused on students than the game on the playing field. Heck showing sideline shots of coaches would be better than a student dressed in red.

No. There are 19,000 fans at the game. Games are a source of entertainment. If you're upset with students leaving at halftime, start showing only replays and they'll stop showing up for the first half too.

I agree BJ, they could improve game day experience with better planning. As it is now, I don't think they plan at all.

Almost every school in the country has the problem of students leaving at half-time. I wonder if schools have ever thought of providing a better half time show to keep folks in the stands. Some halftime shows are good, but many are terrible or non-existent.

I read this past season that Nick Saban was complaining about Alabama students leaving at half-time. If that's a problem at Bama, there may be no hope for rest of country.

Wrong.

Games aren't just for single men without kids.

It has to be a mix. There has to be fan shots (students and the Baptist side). There has to be replays. There also has to be advertisements. That's part of it as well.

With that said, there are ways to better balance it and add new things in that would help us take it to the next level. Our game day is great already. We aren't talking about going from horrible to okay. We'd just be taking it to a higher level of excellence.

I agree with that. I was getting at the comment about Liberty not planning their game day experience. Everything you see on gameday is planned to the minute practically.

He's right. the band had an exact down to the second time on the scoreboard to be marching into the stadium for pregame. it was intense, but totally awesome when everything came together each Saturday.
