I'll bite...what do you "like" and why do you "firmly believe?" I'm also assuming, in context, that this is a positive reference.

Its positive in any context. I've said it several times that the job the staff did in keeping this team focused with really nothing left to play for was outstanding. A well coached team is most often better at the end of the season then the beginning of the season, which we have been in his 2 seasons. I like his persona and demeanor and think his Christian commitment is real and a core driving principle. I love the way he has handled sticky discipline situations.
As for next season I like the way players have developed, I like the recruits he brought in and I like the fact that the younger coaches and coordinators, as well as players, have had a year to develop. Next years schedule, for the first time in years IMO, fits the talent and experience. It is neither too difficult like the Karcher years nor too easy like the early Rocco years. UNC could be ugly, Brevard will be ugly, but in the opposite sense, App St and JMU will be great tests and the rest of our schedule should be winnable. There should be a sour taste in our mouths from this season that motivates us to finally get over the hump.
