We stopped just outside of Morgantown cause one of the cars in the caravan needed gas. We went ahead and put our flags back up on the car. Within two minutes, we had a guy say, "Oh man, the Flames are in town" and come over and talk to us. Before he left, he pulled in front of us, rolled his window down, and started playing the WVU fight song.


This is gonna be a fun weekend.

Haha I knew this question would come up...I'm wearing a very neutral blue shirt and cheering for both teams in my heart (even though it would be really embarrassing for WVU to lose this game) In all seriousness i'm really pumped that my two favorite teams are playing

Exactly. I am a Liberty and Duke fan, and I hope to go to Liberty. When LU plays Duke, I still choose to cheer for Liberty.That's the number one rule- CHEER FOR YOUR SCHOOL!!

Hello Flame Fans- I just posted for my first time on your board concerning the directions to Morgantown and thought I would visit this thread also. I hope you don't mind a visitor- LOL.
One of the match-ups for the game that I will be watching is Asa Chapman vs. WVU's starting center. As most of you have probably already read about, AC was originally committed to WVU before he went to prep school. After prep school WVU did not recruit him and he may have some bad feelings (not sure). He will be a handful for WVU's Joey Madsen- a redshirt freshmen getting his first start. It could be a big key for how WVU's offense and O-line perform. We'll see!

As I mentioned in the other thread, I used to watch a lot of LU's sports on the Liberty Channel. I enjoyed the football & basketball games and wish we still received the channel. Anyway, I hope you all have a very successful season. I'll probably check in tommorrow during the game. Enjoy!
