I would like to see the announcer stop saying "It's another Liberty...." followed by the fans screaming "First down!". By the third quarter of a blowout game, those fans (especially those on the Baptist side) are lethargic, and frankly, annoyed.

if fans are annoyed by first downs and the celebrations thereof, they aren't fans.

Oh, and can we have more band members? Seriously. I appreciate the work they do, but when you have so many, it drowns out the other instruments. I mean, when you have 85 drums and 35 trumpets and 1 bagpipe, you don't exactly hear the bagpipe. I know BJ is gonna tear into me for this one, but I'm telling you -- you don't hear the bagpipe!

I dunno. Everyone seemed pretty into it by the end of the season.

Yeah, at the UNC/State game this past Saturday, you could hear it on TV every time...."Its another Wolfpack....FIRST DOWN". Very, very loud.

Buzz off. It's impossible to maintain a high level of intensity for an entire game. This is a fact of life. Geez. If you wanted people to do that, you might as well pass out pixy stix.

Oh, so that's great -- we're ripping off of another school for our gameday presentation. Why not just go all the way and play the Notre Dame song on our way out of the tunnel?

Easy, guys. Let's not get caught up in shots at each other. Let's try to keep this focused on the original premise of the thread.

We mentioned earlier this year that it would be cool to be able to greet the players as they arrive at the FOC before the game. It would give another reason to show up for tailgating and build more excitement a couple of hours before the game. Why not?

Just so you know, we didn't take this from NCSU. Hundreds of other schools do this very same thing.

Says the guy whose avatar is a Falwell Bobblehead. We must have been the first to think of bobbleheads. What's next....Liberty "Livestrong" arm bands.....oh, wait...we've already copied that, too.

Because that's dumb and completely away from everyone tailgating. Stay at your tailgating spots and just cheer on the buses as they bring the guys on campus. Why should we walk 10 minutes to say "Woo, go team" for ten seconds, and then back to tailgating? They drive directly past where everyone tailgates, so there's no use in moving.

An even better idea would be to get into the game on time and cheer them on as they come out of the tunnel, but we know Baptists are never early for anything.

They should send the equipment ahead on the bus & have the coaches & players walk through the tailgating crowd....like the Old Well Walk the Tar Heels do.

No rip job here...the band is growing. The trumpets, flutes, clarinets, trombones and battery are the largest sections in the band so they are going to be heard most prominently. In the stands the bagpipe player doesn't play. In the show he only asked for the one. I think if he had a mike he may have been more readily heard. Im not in the band anymore but Im sure Dr Kerr is working on not only growing the band but also making sure the music improves as well

Ohhh 6-7?? Man, wrap it up then 😭
