Looks nice...that wainscoting and flooring would look cool in DeMoss at some point also.

Actually, I don't think they meant to be funny. Barber said in his Applebee's interview that he's very proud of the details because he believes that those are what make the big difference. As silly as trash cans seem, I have to agree that little things like that make a big difference to me.

There was a huge crane outside the field side of the FOC this AM...with two very large POLES...
...could this be the beginning of the "it" that Sly has been relentlessly teasing us on? JUMBOTRONS, perhaps??

No. Those are the new poles for the screen behind the field goals. A stationary screen would've been in the way of the tv cameras, so these will allow us to take the screen up and down.
