That blown call by the refs changed this game. Shedro never stepped out and why that couldn't be overturned by replay needs to be a rule change. Should be 42-21 right now. That was an absolute garbage call by the ref!

I thought it was a blown call too until they showed the last replay. A toe was just out of bounds.

I predict we wet top 25 in coaches poll with 5 teams so far losing ahead of us. 6-0 is hard to ignore if there are only a couple of teams having 6-0 records. Doubt we get a there in AP but could during BYE week. Do we deserve it? Different story, maybe. Coastal has it because they beat Kansas early and Louisiana - do /did either of those teams deserve Top 25 ? The Louisiana Whipping of KSU is looking stronger every week. Willis numbers should get some late night media buzz which will help us. Does an 0-1 Penn State with a loss to an unranked team deserve to stay in? No but they probably will. Perception is reality in CFB - Coastal got a lot of airtime on Gameday - so it is a big deal for an unknown program and really increases eyeballs when you are on the top 25 scores everywhere (vs all scores ). Are about 8 teams on top 25 actually the best 25 teams ? NO - but it is a cool club to get in and we want in.

REVIEWING LIBERTY’S WIN OVER SOUTHERN MISS

SUMMARY

Liberty is sitting at 6-0 with a huge matchup on the horizon but still has so many questions unanswered. How good is this Liberty team? Are they undefeated because of the coaching and talent or is it just the weakness of the schedule? I think it is worth noting that Syracuse scored the exact same amount of points (21) against Clemson that they did again the Flames and the Tigers only managed to score 9 more points than Liberty did against the Cuse. Now, teams have good weeks and bad weeks and just because the Syracuse vs Clemson score was similar to the Syracuse vs Liberty score does in no way mean that Liberty and Clemson are anywhere near the same level, but it is an interesting point when evaluating this perplexing 6-0 team. I guess we will all find out in 2 weeks. You can be sure that Hugh Freeze, a coach who has beaten Nick Saban twice, will have one heck of a game plan drawn up against VT who is coming off a tough loss to Wake Forest.

Didnt know Malik was Bahamian descent. Or maybe he went there and like the place. Just found it interesting that he had a flag representing. Looking at the jersey in the back, I wonder why LU is not taking the opportunity to create and sell replicas of our modern jerseys. We should know Saturday night where we stand. Tech looked great and then terrible against Louisville yesterday.
