I am going to be sitting in the stands with my mother and father in law and MRS SCAR. My next TV work will probably be during hoops season. Bring on the long extended tailgating!!!! Are we doing this thing or what? I can't cook though.

i can cook its not hard, but i can't make a garauntee on what time i can be there, plus we'll probably leave like 2 hours early to get seats. so i can help but main cook probably won't work for me

I have never been to a home tailgate before, so im not sure what its like at all.

chicken is the only hard thing to cook. if you just do burgers and hotdogs thats easy. any of you can do that. just flip it a few times until it looks like you want it to

how many people would actually be there anyways... it seems as if most people wont even be here for the tailgate, so how big of a group would it be?

yeah, i'm just not thinking its gonna be worth it for me, jdub, scar, sj, and bryan to be there at like, random times throughout the afternoon. we should just go to/bring money to/invade someone else's tailgate for this week and try and long term plan for the next one to make sure we're prepared.

kinda funny how no one can cook! jdub is right..not very hard, but it is understandable. just an FYI for To the left, our tailgates are very organized, and if myself and GMTM did not have circumstances that would keep us from being there, i would be there grilling away. it sounds like you guys will be either buying some pre-made food or going to another tailgate and that is fine. enjoy and we will do it up for homecoming.

I can cook, but some people are a lot better at it than I am. My extent of cooking is throwing something in the oven or on a George Foreman. I think the bigger problem is no one's going to be there. I also didn't want to volunteer to cook and then leave at 5:30 to go into the game. Oh well.

Im in town and available.....I can cook as well. However if we want to do something else im up for whatever. It would be sad though if we didn't at least have a core group of guys there to chill out. I mean if we can get a nice TV ill bring and xbox 360 and Halo 3, that could very well keep some of us busy for awhile. Just a thought.

I was planning on coming up for a tailgate. I can do some cooking, I'm not sure I will be able to ge there until about 3 or 4 though. I'm definitely not a great cook, but like jdub said it's not that hard.

so are we or aren't we? i should know by tomorrow how long i can be there, but i am planning on being there most of the time. even if we don't cook, we should still do something. the only problem is those of us who dont have reserved seats have to go in really early, so it kinda messes us up

exactly, I am going to need to go in early, just like the other guys, so I can't really stay to clean up.

if someone sitting in a reserved seat can help to clean up that would be perfect, or we could just stop at 5 or whenever and clean up real quick.
