Well I think that is pretty cool that they did that. Just another sign that the AD is all about getting our facilities to the tip top in quality

I think these sidewalks are more important for soccer games. It's dangerous as crap walking up there to the soccer field.

It's dangerous as crap walking up there to the soccer field.

Waiting for Medic to post about potential skateboarding injuries for those who abuse the newly poured soccer/football sidewalks.

Two new developments noticed on campus this morning:

1. They have removed "Home of the Flames" from the top of the press box (any speculation as to what wording it will be replaced with?).
2. All of the cross walks are being re-painted, probably to make it safer getting to the stadium.

They have also put up some of the pole banners on the road by the visitor's side of Williams Stadium. They may have been there for a while, but I just noticed them there yesterday. I know they were talking about ordering more, but I don't know if they have purchased them yet, or not.

So, "Liberty University" will replace "Home Of The Flames" on the press box. I think I liked "Home Of The Flames" better. "Liberty University" already is lit up on North Campus, but I guess they just wish to get the name out with the TV coverage.

Actually, they haven't painted over that. When they repainted the press box earlier this spring, they just painted around the "Home of the Flames." Now that the letters are off, you're looking at the old color of the press box (where the letters were) and the new color.
