I know Calvert is getting a lot of love after yesterday (and he should) but TG was absolutely fantastic, that gives me hope.

after a quick glance on twitter of some of the 3 star prospects we offered, they definitely took notice. I fully expect Ballard and Chibueze to commit. Ballard seemed pretty hyped with the win.

From Baylor message board:

Bruiser85: "I live here in Houston. I didn't think this week could get any worse. It just did."
Chanceux: "Somebody offer the Houston evacuees a refund."

Even RGIII is talking Baylor fans off the ledge on twitter. Pass the popcorn.

Pump the brakes on that one Spangler. I think we could have an epic season but I'd ease off the undefeated talk after one game

I will say that to call the meltdown on the Baylor message is borderline nuclear apocalypse level might be fairly accurate

One of the better football games I have ever seen. Buckshot was unreal. What a find. Also somebody needs to tell Fox that Lynchburg is not "tiny". Metro pop is actually more than Waco's

FBS passing leaders this week:

Mizzou QB Lock: 521 yards
Miss QB Patterson: 429 yards
NC St QB Finley: 415 yards
Indiana QB Lagow: 410 yards

Buckshot: 445 yards = #2 in FBS

Great win! We probably should ease up on the undefeated talk though, this team, as we should all know, is very capable of dropping a stinker against a bad team.

Unless I missed it, I didn't hear a single Ian McCaw reference from the announcers. I thought that would have been a great story line.

First chance to check the board since being at the game the other night. Praise God that I was able to break free from Harvey cleanup to take my son to the game. It is a night we'll never forget. Now back to ripping out wet drywall.

I saw Ian after the game by the buses. He handled the Waco media with class and dignity. He was generous in his affection with the Baylor folks after the game in a very humble manner.

It was great to catch up with SumItUp as well. If you saw my breathless Facebook Live after the game, you know how I was feeling.

PS - Thanks for all of the texts and messages in light of Harvey's destruction. God is so good. I hope to finish ripping the drywall out of my dad's house today. But oh what a reprieve from the destruction that Waco turned out to be.

I didn't hear any McCaw reference either. Maybe nobody thinks an AD is an exciting enough topic.

Change of topics a bit, but what do we think this win and potential upsets in the future do for scheduling? I would think the more of a threat we are for big upsets the more unlikely we are to get big payouts to play away games, but I don't maybe that opens the door for more home and homes?

I sure am glad that as much of the schedule is done for the future as we have right now. It might be more difficult after that win to schedule some games.

I'm sure a couple ads are having second thoughts about the contracts they just signed with us

I think I woke the whole neighborhood after that last play.
Signature win for Liberty, but I think it's a worse loss for Baylor. Favored by multiple touchdowns, and they never led by more than 4, IIRC.

+1 here Phoenix. I had my windows open and I was yelling most of the game. There were 13 people in my living room all cheering from Lynchburg.
