There doesn't appear to be bad blood between our athletic department and theirs despite them jumping back to the SoCon. BJWilliams wrote:I agree phoenix. As I said in my comment above, if he hits that pass (and once again in response to forbidden, we don't know for sure if Masha hits that pass in that same situation), it puts him in a completely different mental place with all of his throws the rest of the way. Even with his deep ball to Petey right before that 27 yard TD, the receiver had to make a bigtime play on that ball, much like when Summers outmuscled Bethel for the ball in the PC game a couple years backIF IF IF IF IF IF IF. Just broke down your logic for you.

BJWilliams wrote:1) youre being obtusetbh, he didn't have a choice but to own it, he couldn't place blame elsewhere. Is he gonna blame the OC, lol. Josh, came in this year the undisputed starter and in hindsight it was a good and bad thing. It's also quite obvious that any QB situations will be handles in spring ball and beyond. It will serve him a lot better if he does have some competition next year that will make him better. But even then the one advantage that Josh will still hold is that he will have had actual game experience over Masha. All 3 will have had a year in the playbook, but the on field live bullets, and not practice is something totally different.
2) Im well aware of the fact that we can say "if this" or "if that" doesnt lend itself to what ACTUALLY happened.
3) One thing I will say is that reading Lang's stuff this morning, as much as Josh struggled yesterday, what I liked is that he owned it. I have a feeling that its going to be fun to see how things go the rest of the year and into spring ball 2014

Plus we are all jerks and BJ has all the answers. The sooner you understand that the sooner you may possibly be removed from "the list"

Frank Drebin would be proud
