And any time that you want to share Coach Dowling stories, there are some of us old hags (as we affectionately dub ourselves) who would enjoy hearing them.

Speaking of which, we haven't seen HarrisburgFlame in awhile. He always good for a Coach Dowling story or two.

I sure will. I talked with Coach D last week after Dexter had signed. He is doing well.

That sounds great! My wife and I look forward to it. When will the 2013 schedule be posted? Need to start planning my road trips now.

Well done is fine with me. Sigmo7 I plan on not wasting a moment. Because in a blink 4 or 5 years are gone. Our oldest plays for UC and this first year has flown by for us and him.

CC, my LU Quiz Bowl team played at UT this weekend (beating Auburn, USC, and UK), and we ate breakfast at the Sevierville Shoney's on our drive back. I spent my 4 years of college in nearby Chattanooga, and you have an open invitation to our 460 Flame Throwers Tailgate party!

Great job on the win. Thanks for the Tailgate invite. We are rookies so just tell us what to bring.

The men grill on charcoal on one of those big half-barrel grills with cast iron grates, and the wives bring casseroles and desserts that are out of this world.

You stopped for breakfast in Sevierville and didn't drive the extra 20 minutes to the Pancake Pantry?

Ok, back to tailgating.
