Well I think he mentioned that his school doesnt have football which leaves five choices: Winthrop, UNC-A, HPU (although I think they have a club team), Radford (who I think also has a club team) and Longwood.

Neutral to be honest /best message boards to talk trash on are LU and Winthrop / other schools lack passion.

Tell that to the second year field hockey program, track, volleyball, etc. When you state "LU Athletics" you lump all 20 programs together. I would advise you to be cautious of such a broad stroke, for there are programs here that are doing extremely well. Field Hockey has a good shot to win their conference in just their second year of program history. Also, not sure where you get your salary information, but it is well known that Liberty pays below national averages for pretty much all faculty and staff positions including the majority of coaches on staff.
