i figured something out today. You can actually vote twice. If you have Internet Explorer and Firefox, you can use each one to vote with.

I haven't been to one of the computer labs since I graduated, so I wouldn't know about that.

They really need to do more to get more students to vote for this. Im trying to vote 5 times a day, once at home, and im usually in the c-lab several times a day on different computers anyway.(not that im legitimately taking JDUB up on his idea, it just turns out that way)
