Just my thoughts on it.I agree with you, but Gabe was our highest rated recruit the year he came in and we agreed he would play QB. So get used to seeing him at QB.

Tyler is definitely the one to beat for the job but I would like to see Woodrum get it. The only thing with Woodrum is that he is going to make us operate differently. Right now, we rely on a dual-threat qb and Woodrum is not near as mobile as MB. So, our schemes are going to be a lot different with a pocket qb. Not a bad thing, it's just going to bring into question how this offense can adjust to being something different with that schedule next year. Also, I'd like to see Aldreakis get some carries next year. The he's been running, he could be good enough to be the best RB in the Big South. I think if we win the BS next year, he's going to be what separates us from Stony Brook.

Since Grobe took over, they tend to have 2-3 winning seasons in a row then 2-3 losing seasons in a row. They had winning records in 01 and 02, losing records 03-05, winning records 06-08, and losing records 09 and 10, and are 5-3 this year. That tends to point towards a winning season this year and another winning season next year. Considering their QB is a sophomore, and quite good, I don't fancy our chances.
