In the opinion of Knucklehead I know 1 thing for sure. You may have reservations about posting the details, but I know It is fine on any level to present it as speculation. Let's say I knew something like there were plans to Paint a mural of Jerry in each endzone or something, I might come on here and say "I think it would be cool to see portraits of Jerry in the endzones for the upcoming year". Then I'm not presenting it as insider upity-up info, just speculation.

It is a bit annoying when we don't get the scoop. I usually don't talk about any inside info I know unless it is safe for public consumption. That way I don't get into trouble. I have heard what the big deal is in this case and honestly I don't know why we can't talk about it on here but perhaps I don't know the whole story. Don't ask me to tell what I know and I am not trying to tease you guys with info. I am just commenting that maybe those close can throw out a nugget without giving the gory details which would appease everyone I think. JMHO as well.

To get back on topic, I checked out my new red seats today, and since I had a tape in my Jeep, I even measured both red seats and the blue seats to see that the differences were in size:

Red Seats: 16 inches wide, 12 1/2 inches tall, about an inch apart (no arm rests)

Blue Seats: 17 inches wide, 17 inches tall, about 2 inches apart (with arm rests)

We are on row N, which is 4 rows below the blue seats.

I never comment about athletic information, because I don't have any. So, if those comments are in reference to that, you can ignore me.

You guys are crushing me and all I did was make a vague reference. I will tell you it has to do with the Williams Stadium and it will be big news if it comes to fruition. Frankly I expected to find out how things went one way or the other by now. The fact that it hasn't come down yet indicates to me it might still be getting worked out. The second something is secured you can bet there will be a landslide of folks ready to post.

The reason why this is sensitive is because it is contingent on some significant generosity and we wouldn't to do anything to jeopardize a very valuable relationship. In retrospect, perhaps I shouldn't have said anything in light of the uproar I have created. But I was excited about it and I wanted to express it in some fashion on the board.

If this does go down, you'll understand my predicament without explanation.

all the hinting around had BETTER hold something MORE than just expanded seating.

We've known about the plans for the second deck for months now, and the AD was pretty explicit at the Spring Game about how, where and when he intended to start the whole project.

we also know who's funding it, and that the $$$ are guaranteed. there's really no mystery here. Just a matter of when it goes up.

If we're going to throw out wild speculation, the big hang up is the naming rights to the new Fortress and working out the naming for the business school since Anschutz has thrown his hat into the LU ring.

Thus, they are working out the details between a convergence of the billionaires and they are divying out the campus capital improvement project pie among the titans. (Oh, and isn't Jr.'s banker friend a few mergers away from being overseer of over a billion dollars in assets? That article is floating around here somewhere.)

Like i said its how your statement came off, that has nothing to do with getting to know you. I also made sure to say ( even if thats not how you meant it).....since posting on here ive not noticed you bragging before but for the average joe to read that, thats how it came off....maybe that makes it a bit clearer.
