WCU announcers wonder if it is a good idea to take the field goal off of the board in this situation. Umm, 1st and goal at the 3? Yep, I'll take that.

Leaping? :dontgetit
Leaping is when you use another person to vertically advance your position.

Jumping off another player's back, or being pushed up in the air over a pile, is Leaping.

It prevents from field goal block teams throwing players in the air to block a field goal.

It was also the rule in question in the Matt Lienart/Reggie Bush "Push" play against Notre Dame.
