SCAR sighting: he was at the Flames Club luncheon today but left before Coach Rocco spoke. Rumor has it that SCAR was on his way to Vinny's for their early bird special. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I doubt you saw it, but me and Lib had some fun with Medic and while you guys were in the luncheon we put a sign on the little water fountain and said, "Medic's Water Fountain."

I saw Supa for a minute and Lib too. I had him paged earlier by the Admin but she couldn't find him. I sat with Tshirt man, Papa Tshirt, Golf coach Jeff Thomas and Erik Sorensen (Soro). Everyone fell all over themselves to see Sorensen once they reckognized him It has been about 10 years or close to it afterall...You guys will get to meet him at the tailgate tomorrow. He is by all accounts a living legend so lets treat him as such

All the oldtimers will remember Soro playing a game with a big bandage on his head after taking a pretty hard fall on the hardwood (anybody have a pic of that?).

No picture from me but I certainly remember that...Sorensen is easily the toughest kid to ever put on a Liberty Uniform. As a coach I was always a little afraid of him because he had a football player's mentality. Let's just say he used his fouls well. At barely 6-6 he started for 4 years at the power forward for one of the best Liberty teams ever. If we could have gotten it done on Sat in March 1997 it would be considered the best ever. Still the team with the most wins in division 1 history...BTW Soro was in the presence of Rocco for just a few minutes and developed the same man crush that SJ and I have for him . Plus he didn't even get to hear him speak yet as he and I had to leave early.

Was real nice to see Smoothie, GMTM, PA, SCAR and SJ at Vinny's tonight. I probably gained about 10 pounds after that one (I definitely recommend the wings)
