It is easier to monitor the players. It can make a BIG difference!
and to add more than that it puts you there basically at the stadium, what I've learned is that you don't want to have ANY miscues on GAME DAY, what if your traveling the day of and bus breaks down, you get that time to visit the other stadium and try to get used to the surroundings, doing all that on game day is very very hard when these coaches are so anal about being on a time schedule. walk thrus dinner more mtgs, and it keeps everyone on the routine.

Home games, again no miscues with players arriving late, accidents on the way to stadium and generally making sure you have your whole team together.

1. I was flipping espn3 channels between games last night and one was "area blacked out". I was coming up to Lynchburg tonight or tomorrow morning to visit my daughter. Will I be able to watch the game on espn3 up there?

2. By chance, would the LU tent have extra tickets for sale tomorrow at the game?
The game is being televised locally on WDBJ7.
Thanks Flamehunter. Ended up buying tickets.

It is game day which means all logic goes out the window and I begin to dream about how awesome it would be to beat tech.

Yes...its gameday...and a journey almost 10 months in the making begins today. In a couple of hours, all the talking ends and toe meets leather for game 1...this season could be either a very special season or another in a long string of "almosts"...I would love to see us shock the world today, but even if we don't...I hope we can open some eyes and show that THIS Liberty team won't be like any Liberty team that has gone before...THIS Liberty team will finish what was started 2 years ago...THIS Liberty team will take the next step...and THIS Liberty team...will usher us into a new era.

Ive got my red shirt all set...let's go fry some Hokies

So, we're in our seats. There is a huge cloud of smoke over the Southeast side of the stadium. Does anyone know what that's about?

Kyle Carrington and Cam Jackson out due to the dreaded "violation of team policy" Carrington has been mainly a special teams guy Jackson was basically a co-starter with Jallah at one safety
