After seeing the much bally whooed team, and watching Coastal stand in ring with them, I wonder how do some feel that we would/could have matched up with them? Thoughts?

Me personally ONLY way would have been to control that running game which I personally feel we were ok at doing, the QB was not really a scrambler, so that I feel would have played into our hands a little bit more.

Look at thier record the last 10 years and then look at ours. There is a reason they are 'Bally Hoo'ed'

Last week the NDS QB was very impressive against CCU. He is 6'5" and is mobile, a very good arm, they look like they will continue to be a top 5 team for the next few years anyway. They have the perfect market for a 1AA team. Lynchburg can be the same, all we have to do is keep winning and getting to the playoffs.

It would be a game like Indiana State. We struggle in the trenches on both sides of the ball and play poorly against play action pass on defense. Offensively, we would not be able to establish the run game. This season, we would likely lose by 10 to 14 points.

NDSU is a machine, period. Coaching change and zero hiccup. CCU did as well as they could and still got beat. Getting them out of their comfy dome may help somewhat, but not much. Heck, they probably would have been competitive in the Big Ten this year. :D
