What I also noticed that many people have not talked about is in watching Masha, how effective and dangerous he is with his feet, that what would this team look like if he was to possibly play in this system for 3 years like Josh. He will have to sit again barring injury next year just based off the fact that Josh is a Senior, and Masha will be a RS Soph QB. Those two years will be fun to watch but on his heels will be the other RS frosh next year that the Flames replaces the kid Terrance Ervin with, J.T. Bradwell.

I know people will say that its in kids best interest to sit, don't you think its also a hinderance in recruiting when you know you wont see the field for possibly 2-3 years as a HS Senior?

Lots of places do that. We are not special in that regard. Plus, EVERY kid thinks they are better than who is already there

We went through this before with Zach Terrell and Mike Brown. You find a way to get them on the field where they can help your team no matter where they line up.

Zach did it all for us including tailback. Wish he could have been surrounded by better talent and certainly had better coaching.

I have heard that Bradwell is impressive, and he is a proven winner, having QBd a state championship team in Florida. If Masha wants to stay a QB, he will have to step it up this Spring.

We'll have all summer to talk about this, but our offense next year will be LOADED.

Defense wins championships. That's how we beat #6 Stony Brook, and the only way a loaded offense will be able to do anything next year. But we digress... Let's play some strong D this week and beat #1 Coastal.

That's why we should fire the coach now so he doesn't screw it up! :flamingdevil

He finished the CSU game 21/32 for 238 yards, 4 TDs, 3 INTs, and 99 rushing yards on 10 carries.

2 of his 3 picks came in the 1st quarter. His stats for the final 3 quarters:

19/28 for 228 yards, 4 TDs, 1 INT

I like Stephon. I think he has a tremendous upside. Just not sure he can get us over the hump @ Coastal, that's a lot to ask. If he can do it tho...wow.
