also what on earth were they thinking when they built the vines center? its ugly, and not in a excusable way like the circle. it also looks nothing like the rest of campus.

The Vine's center wasn't ugly in its day, and NOTHING on campus looked like anything else on campus when it was built (a slight over exaggeration, but only slight ). But you are right, it doesn't fit now. Which brings me back to the Jeffersonian Portico… The Vines Center needs a Jeffersonian Makeover too. If it were done right, it would look awesome.

lol -- back in the day, you could tell which buildings were built at the same time by what they looked like. It was actually kinda interesting -- you could trace the development of the school by architecture.

I hope that these changes remain. It is my understanding that these plans were postponed and/or changed… I hope/expect we will be pleased (hopefully sooner rather than later).
