yeah, if you look about 3 posts up you will read where I correct myself....you should probably read all posts before you correct me...just a thought....He is roommates with the other kicker, I was talking to him about it last night and realized I had said on here it was Ben....

All good point RTF. I agree with you on the pressure up the middle affecting the kick. I would even be willing to give you that one as a cause for missing the kick. The problem is Beas has consistently missed kicks the past two years - so that argument is a little harder to defend. Nothing would make me happier than to see Beas hit a game winner before the end of the year.

What would make me happy for 07 is to hit the JUCO ranks and sign a proven kicker..

I can defend quite easily. Beasley was a proven JUCO kicker when we signed him in '05. Also, don't confuse Beasley's misses w/ Kolegue's misses. Beasley only saw time at FG last year from 40+. I don't care who you are but if you've got a guy who's consistent at the I-AA level from 40+, you've got an All-Conference guy at least. I'm not saying we shouldn't go for a juco kid but signing kickers is really more or less of a crap shoot. That's why coaches don't like to use up scholarships on them.

Genius, i didn't correct you, i just made a statement....my wife works with bens wife....and then added my other comment. What part of that corrects your statement? i was merely relating my statements in with everyone else's which started with awful quote.
