Hey guys. Not piling on here, not smack talking.

I was at the game. You guys seemed flat at certain points of the game. I was wondering why your QB didn't run more and was thinking maybe his foot was more injured than I previously thought. I don't know why you guys didn't try and run pick plays for your good WR b/c he did nothing all day ( 6 for about 45 yards before the meaningless 80 yarder at the end of the game) against Norman 1 on 1. Throwing fade after fade after fade is not the way to beat him. As for the horsecollar comment, Norman did not horsecollar him. He had him by the shoulder area and I believe one or both of them fell near or in the endzone and made it look a lot worse than it was.

Either way, good luck against SBU, hope you win by about 50!

You are a dumb, dumb man. Also, if we win by 50, that means you all DO NOT get in. Just a little heads up.

Not necessarily. SBU would still have to score 5 (I think it's 5, may be off by a couple) less points than CSU scores.

There's some spin for you. First time I ever heard 6 catches referred to as nothing. Summers also had Norman beat like a drum deep early on and didn't get called for a blatent interference. Don't get me wrong, he's good; but the implication that he shut Chris down is silly. As far as the tackle on the TD is concerned, the ref was a lot closer than either of us, and he threw the flag.

If 6 grabs for roughly 45 yards if what a "great" WR does, then I hope you get another "great" WR like him. Has he had a breakout game against a top 20 team yet (honest question)? Yea he had him beat soooo bad. How many of those did he catch? Hell how many times was he thrown to when he had Norman "beat like a drum deep"? From my vantage point your QB was pretty busy running from our DL. Can't be too many since he averaged 7.5ypc on those 6 receptions.

Against JMU who has one of the top defenses in the nation he had 8 catches for 66 yards.
Against Ball State (FBS) he had 11 catches for 146 and 2 tds.

That's about as close as we get to "top 20 teams" with us having to play in the Big South since we can't play ourselves.

And you can't treat the last catch as if it didn't happen.

From TSN:
Liberty's lone Big South loss came last week to Coastal Carolina. The defense was horrendous, especially against the pass.

I've been here for a while.
When are you going to change your signature to 2011? It changes every year, and it isn't happening this year, so might as well start looking forward to being letdown next year, right?

This obviously brings 2 things to mind:
1. Have we ever had a coach use that sort of language before?
2. Will DR deny having said that and claim he was misquoted?
Inquiring minds want to know!

So what? I hate seeing us get knocked on our arse too. Rocco has a bit of Patton in him, I like it.

I can care less what he said honestly. I like his attitude as a HC of our football team. I still don't want to see him go.
