I have never understood that mentality. I've been a huge proponent of bringing him aboard but man when you see no results after as many transfers and things as he has been through you gotta wonder what's going on and if it's really worth it to him. It's a shame that a lot of these guy's don't understand this until it's too late and their playing days are gone. J'court is a huge talent and it's just a shame that he didn't do what he needed to do. That's pretty bad if the coach is that public about his dissappointment in a guy. I thinkt hat pretty much makes it clear he will never suit up for us.

On the other hand, you guy's are gonna be really excited our new hard hitting safety or lock down corner, which ever way Rocco goes with Liliard.

Anyone know anythign about this VAtech Olineman, that's the first I had heard of him.

According to Rivals he was a 3 star and had offers from VA Tech, Ohio State, and Maryland. 6'3" 290 lbs. Manchester HS in MIdlothian, VA, Ranked 21st in the state. Not sure if that is just 21st amoungs't OL or overall. Not sure if he played at VA Tech or not.

I really appreciate the fact that Coach Rocco doesn't just try to dance around the topic.

Rocco always has intentions behind everything he says. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if part of the reason for doing this publicly was to send a message to a kid that he obviously has a relationship off the field with.
