I sure wish there was an All-Conference Team vs. All-Conference Team game. Big South vs. CAA? SoCon? MEAC?

Entire O-line 1st or 2nd team. If it had been by position, Godsil would have been first team center.

Dominic got ripped off. He led in kick return average by 5 yards. Maypray was 4th.

One of the signs you have a solid program............ all conference long snapper.

Vince Redd technically isn't a football "player". He's a dominator. So he wasn't really eligible for the award.

No, that's your Liberty bias showing.

Vince is great, and very well could be the best player in the league defensively. However, because Vince played linebacker a lot, his stats weren't as good as Johnston's. Had Vince played DE the entire year, he'd likely have better numbers than Johnston.

Why is Presbyterian on the list? They're not even in the conference yet. Kallander's been on their nuts since they agreed to join.

FYI-I was joking...I looked at the stats and understood.

Personally, I thought Vince's stats were extremely impressive, in that they revealed his versitility. Johnson had more tackles for loss because of the position he played, but to lead the conference in sacks and be up there with the best DBs in the league in interceptions and passes defensed is pretty unique. Just a subjective observation, but I think Vince dropped back in coverage at least half the time, so you can imagine he would have easily been double didgets in sacks, with a lot more tackles for loss if he were playing as a DE.

I agree completely. Most people just go on shear numbers in terms of tackles and TFL.
