you didn't just question the guy who DOES THIS FOR A LIVING
no- no way you just did that.
I see being tossed off a roof in your immediate future

I'm not questioning the oh so amazing scribe. I'm just throwing in that he could possibly have over-looked somthing. forgive me for being biased. IF hofsta wins and they are a lock. because as i've said before. the CAA has only had 4 teams chosen from their confrence one time by the selection committee. correct me if i'm wrong but i think it was in 97.

Nope, it was '04...the year JMU won the title. JMU, W&M and two others made the playoffs. If Hofstra wins, they're in...an 8-3 school in the CAA is much, much more attractive than LU at 8-3 this year.
RIPPED from the headlines: (well, ok- LANG said something in another thread: let the rampant speculation begin)

if that's the way it went down- I'm actually impressed that "they" even called
thinking that has probably never happened prior to this season
Mark Edwards at the Flames Sports Network said that Appalachian State's network, which carries the FCS selection show live, called FSN and asked if they wanted to carry the show. That's never happened before. I'm not reading anything into this. Just presenting a fact.

I'm telling you - if we get an invite, its just as much a credit to Coach and the respect his peers have for him as it is the team. And he'd probably never admit it- but its true. (IMHO)
