I ran across this while checking out the Patriots Blog keeping up with Redd and Sene's progress.

Attleboro is only 15 minutes or so from Foxborough...so if Sene or Redd are looking for a church and a fellow Christian whose been where they are...that church is close by. (Sidenote: There are several other current players who are believers: Richard Seymour, Sammy Morris, et al.)

A few nuggets of note:
Don Davis, who served an an assistant strength and conditioning coach in 2007, is no longer listed among the team's coaches. A former linebacker [for the Patriots] who transitioned into coaching last season, Davis has left the club to pursue the ministry.

BIO:
I am currently serving as one of the Pastors at Living Waters Christian Church in Attleboro and Norwood Massachusetts. I was ordained on May 20, 2007 by the IFCA (International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies).
My responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching and preaching Gods word. This calling I accept humbly but by no means do I take it lightly. (James 3:1) I am still in awe of our great Lord and Savior for counting me worthy of ministering the word of God to His Saints. (1 Tim 1:13)
Along with those responsibilities I am also the Chaplain and an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the New England Patriots football club. This is the same team I played my final four seasons in the NFL. I retired from the NFL after 11 seasons on March 1, 2007.

Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.--John Quincy Adams
