Well, we lost on Friday night so we're out of the playoffs. It sucks, but it also means I have absolutely NOTHING to do. With that being said, I have sat on the deck by the pool for two days straight. The water was much warmer today than yesterday so it was a whole lot more enjoyable. I have a feeling I'll spend most of the day on the laptop by the pool again tomorrow. I even took some speakers out there to hook them up to the computer so I'd have a "sound system" while I was in the pool.

Man I love being in college.

King? For real? What's that little joint out there with the great fries? The Dairy Freeze or something like that? Yeah. King.

You're talking about the friggin Dairi-O, aka the greatest place on the face of the planet.

The Dairy Freeze is down in Yadkinville, but doesn't hold a candle to the Dairi-O.

The Dairi-O was voted best hot dogs in the Triad three years in a row. They actually just opened up a brand new sit-down version of it in Rural Hall but I refuse to go there because Dairi-O is supposed to be a whole in the wall place in King. That place gets crazy on Saturday's after Little League games and on Sunday nights after church.

Scorcho, how do you know King?

We have friends that live there, and my in-laws are from the Yadkin-Valley area. (Elkin, actually) My father-in-law and our friends have mentioned the Dairi-O many times. I obviously just don't listen well. Actually, the wife has been a few times, but I've never been around to get the experience.
