This is actually a Randolph Macon (not the women's college) game. That kid was on the today show a few days after he hit that shot and he explained that he throws it like a football. While he was talking they had him shooting it from the same spot. They had like 20 balls and he hit it again on his 16th. He's probably one of the only people in the world who is actually good at making full court shots.

Randy-Mac? I guess I should've rcognized the gym from back in the day when we played them in conference. I remember they were hosting the Mason-Dixon Conference tourney the year we were doing the TP showers after the first bucket. While our team knew what to expect, the players and crowd at the tourney were shocked/horrified when we unloaded a ton of TP on a nother school's floor. The game was held up like 15-20 minutes while they tried to find a janitor to sweep all the TP off the floor since they didn't know it was coming and make preparations like we did at Liberty Gym (Schilling for you young pups).

I'm guessing Scar, Red Dog and a few others on this board probably remember the night I'm referencing. If any of you on campus have access to the video of our infamous TV showers, that would be an awesome addition online at youtube or anywhere else.

theres one on there that isn't work safe or children safe....just search for juggernaut if you are an x-men fan. lots of swears though...

speaking of swearing. do a search for "saved by the fight". 1 swear at the end and it's written as opposed to spoken (not that it makes it better). Saved by the Bell fans will absolutely love it. I'd link it but youtube is blocked at the moment.

I've seen it. But I chose not to link it here. Outside of the infamous Edgar en Espanol, none of the above have anything objectionable in it. And unless you are bilingual, you wouldn't know what I was referring to with Edgar (but you could probably imagine).

Ugh. I won't post the link here, because it certainly isn't appropriate, but there's some drunk guy at Wrigley Field who decided to pull a Rick Dempsey during a rain delay in one of those old urinals in the men's room.

You old timers know what I'm talking about.

The Jim Everett bit is quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen.

Following the trend of funny things happening on the news. This cracks me up, I watch it over and over and it still makes me laugh.

I was actually in Dallas covering the Rockets/Mavs series last year at this time when that happened at the NBC station in Fort Worth. Trust me when I saw they deleted a long line of expletivescoming out of the guy's mouth when the lizard jumped on him.

If anyone calls soccer players "foot fairies" or says soccer is a pansy sport after watching that then they're complete idiots.

well, this is going off on a nonrealated youtube area but seriously, soccer players almost make soccer not fun to watch. Just like I hate hate hate watching a Duke player flop, I can't stand watching soccer players take a dive. (I'm talking to you South America and from what I'm told Africa is the worst). Do those Sallies know we can watch the replay and see what fools they look like? And then, despite the lack of contact they roll around on the ground for a good 10 minutes. You faked it and didnt' get the call. The least you can do is get up relatively soon so it doesn't make your sport suck. It's so aggrivating I'm going to throw this in there :x  :!:

The name is spelled Pele but he wasn't anywhere in that real. Pele was rarely if ever touched despite what you saw in that Stallone movie.

I believe the guy you are thinking of us Diego Maradona. That sort of looked like him in the mushy-looking video.

Back to the Youtube humor. This is why I never cover polo:
