2. don't laugh- Windows for Workgroups 3.11 was the finest software ever produced and still works just fine on my 286.

If it comes as any consolation Medic, my mom has been largely behind thetimes technologically as well...my dad got her a laptop for Christmas in 06 and she got a Blackberry at her job last year...she still is getting the hang of it, and occasionally has to ask for help when it comes to email related things

Hang in there, Medic. I'm with you, buddy. I haven't played video games since Frogger, Donkey Kong, and Pac Man came out in '83, and I've never sent a text message in my life.
