Can any of you NC guys give me a recommendation on Parker's BBQ in Wilson? I'm going to driving through there on Friday and have heard of it through reputation.

He was in Time magazine for his bbq.

So from what I've eaten it is the best. I've had tons of different types of BBQ in my life from all over. I've probibly had the types you speak of and not known it. And NC BBQ will beat anything you got hands down for me. Note: I said for me.Knucklehead wrote:The Best anywhere= Wilbur'sHave you ever been to KC, Memphis or Austin?
