I was feeling kinda down after the Super Tuesday results but at least knowing a child will not go shirtless tonight in another part of the world helps ease the pain.
Plaxico Burress' dramatic Super Bowl-winning touchdown catch not only determined the New York Giants would don official NFL T-shirts and caps proclaiming them World Champions but also that needy children and adults in Nicaragua would be wearing New England Patriots apparel next week.

The 200 or so white T-shirts and caps incorrectly touting the Patriots as world champions -- officially licensed Reebok apparel that Tom Brady and company would have worn in postgame festivities had they won -- will be distributed to the impoverished in Nicaragua by the Christian humanitarian organization World Vision.

I would pay $15 for that shirt. I bet that kid would rather have $15. I thought they normally burned the "false" championship apparel.

Baseball burns them. Football gives them away.

Im a huge seahawks fan and my family was able to get one of the the Jackets that said "Seattle Seahawks Superbowl XL champions" from QVC. I actually wear it because i know that when you take away the fact the refs sucked that game, the Seahawks really should have won.
