Anyone out there know of the
Truth Project ? I was in a small group that just finished going through the series back in December. The leader of that group sent us an email about a a new film called
EXPELLED: NO INTELLIGENCE ALLOWED with Ben Stein. Looks like something worth l'd like to see.

I've been seeing the banner ads for it all over the web. Consider me mildly intrigued.

I posted that many months ago when the trailer first came out. I sort of got the impression that it wasn't going to be that honest of a movie in a Michael Moore type style. There's obviously a lot of money behind it though. I can't imagine Bad To The Bone being cheap to play as your theme music.

I've been hearing about this project for some time now. Sounds like it will be worth watching. I really hope it is good. I am sure the media will either jump all over it and bash it or completely ignore it. We shall see soon enough.

A few weeks ago there was a large RV parked outside the Vines with Ben Stein's name and image emblazoned on the side. I believe it was a promo for this film.

I read a little about some screenings that have been going on at campuses around the country. From what I've read, the film has been screened and the reviews say that it seems a bit unpolished and the presentation wasn't the most professional. I really hope that they get this thing done in a proper way before it hits the big screen.

I don't think Ben Stein is a Christian, although his wife is a Presbyterian.

Saw it today. Very well done. If you're at all interested in origins, it's a great movie about academic freedom.

Saw it this weekend. Good movie-gives one a lot to think about. Mainly, could I intelligently argue for ID if faced with such a situation? After hearing some of the scientists on this film I am not sure!
P.S. Ben Stein is Jewish
