I just read the story myself, before i even realized it was posted....this court battle should be interesting. He isn't seeking a crazy amount of $$$ either.

I wouldn't be suprised if Matt Staver is working on this case. Maybe not as his attorney (since he isn't), but in some capacity. This seems like his sort of thing.

Maybe he would stay away since he and the guy work for LU, but he may consult from a far. This should be interesting.

not looking down on Staver, but this is actually who I would want to represent me in this case....
Graglia has some amazing stuff on first amendment issues and is farely conservative
