I think that this is the worst thing that could have possibly have happened to Romney. You can sound the death knell for his campaign just because of this announcement.
Although BJU has made it pretty clear that BJIII's endorsement is not an official endorsement by the school.

None of the Bob Joneses (I, II, or III) have ever changed their minds about anything that they would admit to. It almost sounds like the RCC -- "It has always been the historic teaching of BJU that ..."
