My Ipod stopped working (I think it was a terminal battery failure or something) and I'm wondering if I can get it replaced for free. Does anyone know if Apple will do that. I had it for two years and also had some kind of warranty from Circuit City, but I can' find my warranty from Circuit City.

If you bought it with your credit card, they normally will double the manufacturers warranty.

If you had a warranty from Circuit City, they might replace it.

Apple will not unless you bought some kind of extended warranty from them as well.

Depending on what model/generation it is and what went wrong, it could be fixable for a fairly small price.
