I think the picture is funny. It's a dude bulked up like crazy and in the one place where it'd benefit him the most to be bulked up, he isn't.

No, his face hasn't been altered. The place I saw the picture originally was making fun of the fact that everything else was huge except for that.

look at his face....there is a tan line around his neck....which isn't anything you see from a body builder...also the shadowing on his face is different...

It's a spray-on tan. Body builders put it on before they pose so that it shows the definition of their muscles better.

correct, but look at his neck...there is a clear non shadow color change...and its like a right turn on his right neck...not a rounded muscle neck....that was what brought on suspicions...
