Where Have I been

I was hoping that this wouldn't become public, but it did help in my escape:

I have been at both home football games, I even saw some of my "friends". And yes SMOOTH IS the sausage king and SCAR looked great in that tie. Not a great turn out at the cookout in week two, but week one was nice to see everyone, even though I didn't stop by. (HAIZE, SORO, PA etc)
Here is a quick state of the union in my eyes: (B/C it is too hard to respond to everything after this long pause)
1. Campus feels like a "real" college now. Since the passing of "The Big Fella" it seems there is a new attitude around campus and that is refreshing. Perhaps this is a new dawn for LU. Maybe some of my "friends" will now come out!! OK Dream big!
2. The football team is amazing in its underwhelmedness. I think the defense is very good. Especially that Redd character (JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS!) but the offense is horrible. Granted we won two games against D11 schoools, but the last few years thoswe weren't guaranteed! The lack of strength in our schedule is very troubling, but if we beat W and M we should be fine. Still not real impressed. (Although I do like the mobile home/luxury boxes)
3. The fact that this board has been silent on MBB is great. Never met the new fellow, but seems solid. I am happy on many levels that this move was made and I think good things will come from it.
4. So which coach is next to go? Based on our pattern (Fall (Karcher) Winter (Dunton) Spring) we should be ready for a new fall coach. What is the over under on those programs?
5. Did someone bring RACE into play on these boards? Wow
