this is dumb. They don't need someone to make jokes. They should have gotten a gameshow host. Seasoned or an unknown.

I like Drew Carey. He's a good host in the things he's done before (albeit I think that was just Whose Line).

has this been confirmed? I haven't seen any articles saying that and then last night I saw a commercial for a new gameshow on CBS hosted by Drew Carey. Surely he's not doing 2 gameshows.

Drew found out 15 minutes before he was to go on the air on Dave Letterman and he broke the news on the show earlier this week.

He wasn't contacted about the Price Is Right going anywhere until after the pilot of the new gameshow.
