Agreed, if they had done this a little over 6 months ago during the holiday season they may have had a fighting chance...

This sucks for those idiots who either waited in line last christmas (and didn't sell it) or paid the ebay markup. Or even more for someone who just got one last week.

You didn't think Microsoft would just let this one go did you? Looks like MS has cuts on the way for the Xbox 360 as well...
...expects the Elite to drop from $479 to $399, the Premium to sink from $399 to $349, and the Core to fall from $299 to $249.

I just bought a Wii and couldn't be happier with it. Watching my 6-year old little brother box was worth the whole $250, even better was my stepmom walking in front of the TV while he was doing it and getting socked.
