Well, being to tool that Dan is he made such a big deal yesterday about a huge announcement that would take place today and he wasnt even doing the show today, he had someone else having to say every 20 minutes "Dan's not here and the big announcement will take place later this week"
He said yesterday that it does not involve the Price Is Right so I wonder what it is? Have yall heard anything?

I enjoy Dan Patrick in small doses. I catch him on ESPN Radio from time to time and he has some decent commentary here and there but most of the time, he just makes an idiot out of himself.

I'd LOVE for Scott Van Pelt to get his own show....he's filled in for Dan a few times and he's as entertaining as they get from his impressions to just sports talk

I've never heard him do radio, but I've always been a huge Van Pelt fan.

August 17th....is DP's last show and is leaving ESPN and he said that he will hopefully be back in radio, but he didn't know about TV in the future....He wasn't on last week because they wanted him to think it over...He said there is no bad blood and he wanted to move in a better direction for him and his family

LOL that's funny...I dont mind his radio show but he could check the ego at the door. Honestly though I just have to wonder what the real reason is...it cant be $$$$ b/c you know ESPN would do whatever they needed to keep him....hmmmmmm

Like Kuselius, can't stand Cowturd!
Had when someone takes an opinion 180 degrees out of common sense and tries to shove it down my throat. Not to mention how he treats callers.

Living in the Bristol area sucks greatly according to my friends up there. And generally speaking you can make better coin working elsewhere than at ESPN. They expect you to take less for the prestige of the job. After awhile, prestige means less and less.

Think they'll bring Tony K back? He's been doing his radio show in DC and his star power has gotten bigger since they let him go before

Tony had his own gig on Washington Post radio...that XM picked up from 9-11. However, he recently had to ditch that, I assume due to the upcoming NFL Season.

BLASPHEMY!!!!
its by far the worst national sports talk radio show there is....contrived and rehearsed....greeny is an elitist sports purist nerd and golic is a fat stupid jock.....completely predictable and boring....good thing its brodcasted on espnnews because it makes it even more interesting seeing their faces:roll: they hold onto the same topics tooo long and they aren't even good topics...
i think they get handed a script each morning and just read off of it.....
cowherd is good during football season....i am however a bit tired of hearing about vick and his dogfighting considering its been his main topic for the past 4 months....
