No, the anesthetic didn't hurt, at all. Period.

Cutting the toe nail out didn't hurt. At all. Period.


I walked out of the office and as the anesthetic started wearing off it hurts like nothing I've ever felt before.


Ask Medic about the PM I sent him.

I've never had something hurt this bad. Four Ibuprofen didn't even help.

I just wish the guy would've given me a prescription for some type of pain medication. That's all I want.


Give me something to knock me out for a day til it heals.

I've tried laying down and sitting with it propped up, but every couple minutes I get these sharp pains that make the muscles in my leg twitch really bad and it's like I'm kicking the air. I can't sit still for more then 2-3 minutes.

Vicodin maybe? an in house morphine drip? Sounds like you need some powerful stuff to get over this pain

Something more powerful than over the counter crap, but I get to wait til tomorrow because he didn't prescribe me anything. I'm gonna have to call and explain why I didn't get any sleep and can't sit still for more than 2-3 minutes.

Sorry to hear about the residual pain...hopefully he will prescribe a trip to VICODIN LAND.

Luckily I got some sleep. I think they hit a nerve or something when giving me the anesthetic because that's the part that has been unbearable. I've gotta go over there and let him write me a prescription and then I'll be floating all day.

Ok, so this crap sucks. I got loopy for all of maybe five minutes, got a little drowsy, and the pain never went away completely. It's the generic stuff but still, I was hoping for something that friggin knocked me out.

That's disappointing. I was hoping for a report from Pleasuretown, a la Ron Burgundy.

I'm gonna try actually eating when I take it this time. Last time I wasn't hungry and just ate a few cookies to get the medicine into my system. I'm actually gonna eat lunch with it now (yea, it's 3pm, I haven't been hungry).

how many did you take? i've been told 4 does the trick

Yea, and that's just stupid an unhealthy. I was told to take one every six hours. I generally take Ibuprofen/Tylenol/etc every 4 hours when things are bad instead of six so I waiting a little over four hours to take another one.

you can take at least 2 though. that shouldn't be too bad, as long as you don't do it for more than a couple times
