Hospital earns low ranking in heart attack mortality rates

DANVILLE – Danville Regional Medical Center is one of seven hospitals out of more than 4,800 in the nation that has ranked below the national average for mortality rates for heart attack s. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services posted the report online this morning.

Isn't Danville directly on the border? If so I say we annex it to NC and let it be their black eye.

Good idea...we already got rid of the western counties in VA during the Civil War...and that has proven to be a boon to the VA economy as well (not to mention all the couches we saved).
