But if you ever changed jobs, what would you really like to do for a living?

"fans like us" are at every major university. Just look at what happened to McKay in NM.

If I were just changing jobs, I'd like to work at Apple either doing what I do now or being involved in R&D somehow.
If I were changing careers, I'd love to cook barbecue for a living. I don't think that would ever get old for me. I know some folks from growing up in NC who do that. They make a great living and love what they do.
