We have had the "What did you eat for lunch" thread earlier, but since we're in a down time, I think it's time for a new running thread.

Here's how that would read if you were still in college:

Oh, I've been known to down a whole pizza. However, you have to remember what time in the semester it is. It's finals time, which means most people are close to being out of money and can't afford multiple meals, so you eat half now, part of it in the middle of the night when you take a break from a paper, and then the rest before class the next day.

My church does a Wednesday night dinner in our fellowship hall downstairs. We had baked chicken, pasta, steamed vegetables, hot rolls, apple sauce, salad, and yellow cake with chocolate icing. Then upstairs before our Soul Cafe service, we had flavored coffees, glass bottled sodas, and made-from-scratch cookies.

I was in college in 1982, too, Fumble (junior year): every Saturday morning the guys would go to breakfast off campus at a Cracker Barrel in Chattanooga. Is going out to breakfast still a college tradition these days, or do most of you guys just sleep through breakfast on Saturdays?

Our college pizza place was called "Roman's Road Pizza," & they had the plan of salvation on the top of the pizza box.

their sweet tea is great. the service there kills me though. did it take you 2 hours to get in and out? that's about average.

i had a hamburger and a salad for dinner.

cider, i'd say there'd have to be an emergency, something REALLY great going on, or something required for me to ever come out of "it" in time for breakfast on a saturday.
