Agreed!
You could almost see this goober sitting there at his Mac laptop (sorry mac users) in his Justin Timberlake T-Shirt writing this crap. All of a sudden Steve Alford is a horrible coach with a bad ego? Like I said McKay must feel like he is in heaven right now.

A faux apology isn't going to let you get away with saying something like that. That was as stupid of a thing to say as anything written in the letter you're criticizing. I'm not sure what you're trying to say about Mac users, but I wouldn't bother trying it again.
P.S.
This board was installed, configured and has been maintained from a Mac since day one.

WOW, Now I'm scared. Ever heard of Linux?
Alright, How's this? I apologize to all Mac users, Steve Jobs, and his mother. I will from now on turn cartwheels at the mere mention of the word MAC! Hey, I do have an IPOD!
Sorry already. Hurray for MAC!

Yea, wait a minute, did he say that what I said was as stupid as what the Goober from UNM said? I take back my apology and I am highly offended.
Now I feel better!

Yes. This board is run on CentOS, a derivative of Red Hat Enterprise. Ever heard of it? I didn't say the board is hosted on a Mac, I said it was installed, configured and maintained from a Mac.

"MAC" is an acronym for "Media Access Control" and refers to the unique hexadecimal number given to each and every Ethernet device in the world. It is not an appropriate term to describe a Mac, Macs or Macintoshes. I'm glad you're so excited about hex numbers, though.

Now you know how I feel. You equated me (a Mac user) with the "goober", so I did the same for you.

pfff, whatever. Pentagons are where it's at. Oh so rare, with a slight hint of evil. You just try and draw one, it won't look good.

You guys are talking geometry. I was talking plain math. Hexadecimal numbers, not hexagons.

Since I never click on links...or math, is that anything like the Dewey Decimal system?
pfff, whatever. Pentagons are where it's at.
What can I say? I have a fetish for stop signs. Driver's ed was verrry interesting.

I was always under the impression that "goobers" were rather ignorant hick-ish types. I guess I was wrong.

Take it as a term of endearment. You're our sweet, nutty math geek that keeps all the plates in the air.

Oh you can call me anything you'd like. I don't care about that. Just don't insult Mac users and we'll all be fine.

Can I insult Justin Long, the guy who plays the Mac in the 'Mac & PC' commercials? 'Cuz I think that guy's a d-----.

As long as you're insulting Justin Long, and not the Mac.

I mean, you can insult the Mac or Mac users, just be prepared to say why and know that I will argue with you until my fingers fall off from typing. Apple is pretty much responsible for my career, so I tend to be a rather vehement defender of the brand and the company.

Good! I was really happy when he got eaten in 'Jeepers Creepers'. Made my weekend.
In the same vein, how tight are you on the subject of Steve Jobs? I understand that, in his spare time, he barbecues small kittens over a pit full of burning UNICEF packages.
Where's BJ right now? He should be here for this.

Libertine,
if a train is going 23 mils per hour and a pig crosses the road, what time will the lady on Mulberry Street eat pork chops?
