Do our posts need to be in APA or MLA format? Do we need a Works Cited page as well? Don't wanna get a bad grade for not citing all my sources or using the wrong format. :guntohead

I was wondering...
...what does a college sports message board have to do with journalistic integrity. Of course, one would not want to compromise the integrity of a message board, then, would we?

Basically, copying and pasting articles in their entirety is stealing content from other sites. As has been said in another thread, most people don't click on the links under the stories. So if the full story gets posted here, we're stealing content, traffic and most likely some ad impression revenue from whatever site the article came from.

And that, my friends, does not go over well with the people who own the content.

did anyone check with ALGORE on this?

I believe he actually owns the internet- so we might want to consult him

Hey, I bought an Internet off of a guy in Times Square once. He said he wasn't using it. You don't suppose that's where Al got his do you?

no- since he invented it I'm guessing he is still a majority shareholder.

Ask the resident INSIDER TRADING GURU or whatever it is Ralph Kramden (err....HMO) is calling himself these days.
