Eleven professional wrestlers, including the WWE's Randy Orton, have joined the list of athletes linked to a nationwide steroids investigation.
In its review of documents, SI.com reported it found Adam Copeland, a.k.a. Edge, and Shane Helms, a.k.a. The Hurricane, received HGH from Applied Pharmacy in Mobile, Ala., one of the pharmacies raided in the investigation led by Albany, N.Y., District Attorney David Soares.
Also linked to the scandal, in various reports, are baseball's Jose Canseco, John Rocker, Jerry Hairston Jr. and David Bell, former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield, Pittsburgh Steelers doctor Richard Rydze, 1996 Olympic wrestling gold medalist Kurt Angle and bodybuilder Victor Martinez.

Surprise, surprise.

GMTM has rocky talked to you about possibly doing the WM party at his place, he says its a lot bigger.....

this should have been a PM...but I am too lazy to do that right now

Also Wrestle Mania 24 is going to be in Orlando, Florida next year....which is big for me since I am from Central Florida....I should go visit home next April or something

This is what the trustworthy WWE had to say about this whole thing

All of the allegations set forth in a recent SI.com article mentioning WWE predate the initiation of WWE’s current Talent Wellness Program. This WWE program prohibits the use of performance enhancing drugs, as well as other prescription drugs which can be abused, if taken for other than a legitimate medical purpose pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed and treating physician. For purposes of WWE's policy, prescriptions obtained over the Internet and/or from suppliers of prescription drugs from the Internet are not considered to have been given for a legitimate medical purpose.

It is really a pretty easy ticket to get up here in Michigan. It is sold out, but with 75,000 seats available at this event, tickets can be gotten for half their value. I'm hoping to get floor seats for around $40-$50 a piece. We shall see!!

Yup. You are talking about a football field. They usually play much smaller venues (up here it is usually Joe Louis Arena that sits about 20,000). They have nearly 5 times the space of most those places. Floor seats are NOT ring side seats. Those are going for about $300-$400 for the back rows of ringside.

You know how many free tickets or corporate tickets are GIVEN away? Selling a pair of free tickets for half price is a great deal for both parties involved!

true...I didn't think about the corporate tickets....

You made the statement about how they normally go to the arenas and such, but this is far from the first time they have held Wreste Mania in a football stadium

I know this is a shock and a major blow to the professional wrestling industry.

Seriously, though, would anyone be surprised if these "drug testers" happened to show up in the ring at Wrestlemania and get caught in a brawl?

You just have to wonder how much of this "investigation" is real.

as funny as that would be...this investigation wasn't targeting wrestlers or any other sport for that matter...it was investigating a Pharmacy and along with many athletes some wrestlers were involved in it as well....so these names are just a small few from a much larger list of people....

With that all said that would for sure spice WrestleMania up and I would love it...haha
